2013.11.05 Lecture at Bunkyo University Shonan Campus

On 5 November 2013, Mr. Sittikorn Chantadansuwan, First Secretary, gave a special lecture on Understanding Foreign Culture Subject to students of the Faculty of International Studies of Bunkyo University, Shonan Campus.  He explained about general information on history, culture, Embassy’s activities and Thailand-Japan close relations, of which true friendship was seen when both faced natural disasters.  After that Mr. Chantadansuwan answered questions received from the students about Thailand.

The faculty has cooperation with foreign universities such as Thailand, Australia, and the United States, leading to 70-90 Japanese students visiting such universities for 3 months.  Since 2012, Prince of Songkla University started to receive short-term students from Bunkyo University.  Thirteen students are scheduled to visit Thailand next year.
