On 6 June 2019, Mr. Hiroyuki Kado, Member of Parliament of Wakayama Prefecture paid a courtesy call on Ambassador Bansarn Bunnag in order to express gratitude for allowing delegation from Wakayama to visit the Thai Residence on the 15th March 2019. In addition, both sides discussed the corporation to encourage the Thailand - Wakayama relations.
On 6 June 2019, Mrs. Dheerangkun Uchino, Fist Secretary welcomed 36 students of the 6th grade and teacher from Koriyama Xaverio Gakuen Elementary School, Fukushima Prefecture to the Royal Thai Embassy as out-of-school learning.
