On 5 August 2019, Mr. Sarawut Benjakul, Secretary – General of Office of the Judiciary and Chairman, the Transaction Committee of the Anti-Money Laundering Office together with the delegation paid a courtesy call on Ambassador Bansarn Bunnag. On this occasion, they listened to the lecture about the current situation of the transnational crimes as well as the crimes of Thai people living in Japan.

Students of the "Embassy Journey Program" from Suginami ward visited the Embassy

On 5 August 2019, 13 students in elementary school grade 4-6 and junior high school from the Embassy Journey Program of Suginami ward, together with project officials visited the Embassy by having Mrs. Dheerangkun Uchino, First Secretary, welcomed them.

On 26 July 2019, H.E. Mr. Yoshitaka Akimoto, Grand Master of the Ceremonies, Imperial Household Agency of Japan, delivered a congratulatory message from His Majesty The Emperor of Japan to His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun on the occasion of His Majesty’s 67th birthday at the Thai Residence in Tokyo. Mr. Akimoto was welcomed by Ambassador Bansarn Bunnag and Madam, the military attachés, diplomats of the Royal Thai Embassy and their spouses.

On this occasion, Ambassador Bansarn expressed the information about the economy development and current Thai politic situation

The Ambassador attended the Evening Cool Party 2019

On 11 July 2019, H.E. Mr. Bansarn Bunnag, the Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, together with the officials of the Royal Thai Embassy, Tokyo, attended the JTA Evening Cool Party at the Mitsui Sumitomo Gofukubashi Club, Tokyo, which is an annual party for the member of the Japan-Thailand Association and this year was the 15th time. The objective is to create opportunities for the officials and staff of the Embassy to meet JTA members who are the Japanese that related or interested in Thailand in various fields.
