On 13 November 2018, Ambassador Bansarn Bunnag assigned Mr. Cherdchai Chaivaivid, Minister to be the representative to preside over the MOU signing ceremony between the Administrative Evaluation Bureau of Thailand (AEB) and Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Japan (MIC) by General Viddhavat Rajatanun, Ombudsman for Chief Ombudsman and Mr. Masatoshi Ishida, Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications of Japan at the MIC.

On 11 November 2018, Ambassador Bansarn Bunnag assigned Ms. Pattamawadee Aueareechit to preside over the Kathina Ceremony at Wat Pa Buddharangsee Tokyo. This ceremony aimed to collect fund for building accommodation places for monks and set the buddhist ceremonies at the temple.
On 11 November 2018, Ambassador Bansarn Bunnag assigned Mr. Saichon Akanitvong, Minister Counsellor (Labour) to attend the 14th annual parade in Kawagoe which was participated by Thai community in Saitama to raise awareness of Thailand. This event was participated by Thai community for 12 years. Besides Thai community, there were also others from Korea, the Phillipines and Indonesia total of 500 participants.
