On 18 November 2019, H.E. Mr. Blamoh Nelson, Ambassador of the Republic of Liberia to Japan (also soon to be accredited to Thailand) paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, to introduce himself. In this occasion, they also discussed the promotion of investment in Liberia by Thai agricultural companies.
On 16 November 2019, the Royal Thai Embassy organized the mobile consular services at the Shogai Gakushu Senta, in Gifu city, Gifu Prefecture. The Embassy provided services regarding passports, family registration, family affairs, legalization. There were approximately 20 Thai people residing in Gifu and nearby using this service.
On 15 November 2019, Mr. Osamu Masuko, Chairman of the Board of Mitsubishi Motors Corporation paid a courtesy call on Ambassador Singtong Lapisatepun and reported the success of Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. with 299,000 vehicals exported from Thailand, being ranked No.1 in 2018.
On 14 November 2019, Mrs. Dheerangkun Uchino, First Secretary gave a lecture in the translation class under the theme of "Diplomatic Interpreters" to the 14 students of the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies. First Secretary talked about her own duty, experience and inspiration. On this occasion, she had opportunity to pay a courtesy call on the Mr. Jun Matsukuma, Vice President of the university and discussed the characteristic of the mentioned university as well as the cooperation with the Royal Thai Embassy in the future.
On 13 November 2019, 20 students of the first-year majoring in Thai language at the Kanda Institute of Foreign Languages visited the Embassy.
