On 22 March 2019, Ambassador Bansarn Bunnag assigned Mr. Cherdchai Chaivaivid, Charge d'affaires to host lunch at the Royal Thai Embassy in honour of the Thailand National Blind Football Team and staffs who participated in the IBAS Football World Grand Prix 2019.
On March 20, 2019, Minister Cherdchai Chaivaivid went to cheer the Thailand National Blind Football Team which participated in the IBSA Blind Football World Grand Prix 2019, Group B qualifying match between Thailand and Turkey National Blind Football Teams. Both teams competed closely with score 1 : 1.
On 20 March 2019, Mainichi Academic Group, Thailand brought 8 students in the Mainichi Japanese Exchange Scholarship Exchange Program to pay a courtesy call on Ambassador Bansarn Bunnag. The Ambassador gave advice on living in Japan to the students and recommended them to bring knowledge

On 15 March 2019, Ambassador Bansarn Bunnag welcomed a delegation of ladies from Wakayama Prefecture who came to the Embassy to learn about the history of the Thai Residence whose former owner was originately from Wakayama Prefecture. The delegation expressed graditude to the Thai Government for maintaining the Residence, a symbol of friendship between Thailand and Japan, in a perfect manner.
On 12 March 2019, Ambassador Bansarn Bunnag welcomed the delegation of the Office Attorney General of Thailand led by Mr. Pornsak Srinarong, Deputy Attorney General, the Attorney General Office of Thailand. The delegation visited at the Royal Thai Embassy in order to discuss on the current living condition of Thai citizens residing in Japan.
