The foundation has assisted in restoring cultural properties domestically and internationally, to preserve historical documents, handicraft and antiques.  In 2012, the Temple of Dawn received the grant to repair its 23 Buddha images and in 2013, Wat Sala Poon and Wat Chang Yai in Ayutthaya received a million-yen donation for its restoration.

Ambassador presided over the wreath laying and religious ceremony on the occasion of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Day

... were more than 40 people including the Thai officers and Thai citizen in Japan participate in the ceremony. The Nittaiji Temple is one of the symbols of Japan-Thailand long friendship. It was established in 1904 to enshrine the holy remains of the Buddha which was donated to Japan by King Chulalongkorn. In 1987, the statue of King Chulongkorn was built in front of the Dhamma Hall within the Temple in remembrance of his contributions.
