On 17 December 2018, Ms. Dheerangkun Uchino, First Secretary, attended the Jenesys 2018 workshop “Exchange for Science and Technology” as guests of honour with Mr. Yasutaka Fukahori, Director of Friendship Ties Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
