Ambassador Thanatip Upatising hosted a dinner at the Residence in honor for the group participating in ministerial-level inspector general training program led by Professor Tongthong Chandransu, Permanent Secretary of the Office of the Prime Minister of Thailand. The group was on their study visit to Tokyo during 12-17 February 2013.
