Thai cooking class event held in the occasion of the 130th anniversary of Japan-Thailand diplomatic relations

On June 21st 2017, H.E Ambassador Bansarn Bunnag and Madam Yupadee Bunnag presided over the opening ceremony of the Thai cooking class event for Japanese customers. This is one of the events held in the occasion of the 130th anniversary of Japan-Thailand diplomatic relations and its purpose is to create a positive image of Thailand and Thai products through media and food culture, which have been enjoyed by Japanese people. Mayor of Kasama City Paid a Courtesy Call on the Ambassador

According to the Mayor, Kasama City has a lot of international-level golf courses and they would like to invite not only golf players, but also other kinds of sport players from Thailand to train there. On 10 July 2014, Ambassador attended the reception after the General Meeting of Japan-Thailand Business Forum (JTBF). There were around 40 members of JTBF attending the reception. In this occasion, Ambassador explained the recent political situation of Thailand to JTBF members and requested for the kind cooperation from JTBF members, who are close friends of Thailand, to understand the situation and to explain the fact of the situation to other Japanese people.
