2014.01.21 Niigata Prefecture’s Kashiwasaki City Mayor paid a courtesy visit to Ambassador

On 21 January 2014, Mr. Hiroshi Aida, Niigata Prefecture’s Kashiwasaki City Mayor, paid a courtesy visit to Ambassador Thanatip Upatising for new year’s greetings at the Royal Thai Embassy .  They discussed on the increase of Thai tourists in Japan, Thai residents in Niigata Prefecture and possible cooperation to further strengthen Thailand and Japan relations.

The 75th batch of the Royal Thai Naval Staff College paid a courtesy visit the embassy

On 2nd March 2015, Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Chargé d’affaires, welcomed a delegation from the Royal Thai Naval Staff College led by RADM. Suphot Purahong, director of the Royal Thai Naval College and gave a briefing on Thailand-Japan relations. The delegation of the Royal Thai Naval Staff College has been visiting Japan from 2-4 March 2015 as a part of a training program trip.
