2013.10.09 COOL Japan! through Diplomat’s Eyes 2013

COOL Japan through Diplomats’ Eyes Committee has continued its activities with different theme each year with support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.  Every year, it encourages diplomats accredited to Japan to participate in its activities, bridging Japan and other countries’ cultural relations.
