Ambassador-Designate of the Lao PDR to Japan paid a courtesy call to the Ambassador of Thailand on the occasion of her assumption to the duty in Japan

On 28 April 2021, Her Excellency Mrs. Phongsamouth Anlavan, Ambassador-Designate of the Lao PDR to Japan paid a courtesy call to His Excellency Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Ambassador of Thailand at the Royal Thai Embassy. With a warm welcome, Ambassador Singtong extended his congratulations to Ambassador Phongsamouth and expressed his full support during her duty in Japan to further strengthen the bilateral relations between Thailand and Lao PDR, as a close neighbour, and foster their cooperation under the ASEAN framework.
