Ambassadors of ASEAN Countries in Japan attended the “Handing-Over Ceremony of the ASEAN Committee in Tokyo (ACT) Chairmanship”

On 29 June 2021, Ambassadors of ASEAN Countries in Japan including H.E. Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Ambassador of Thailand, attended the “Handing-Over Ceremony of the ASEAN Committee in Tokyo (ACT) Chairmanship” at the International House of Japan in Tokyo. During the event, H.E. Mr. Jose C. Laurel V, Ambassador of the Philippines as the outgoing ACT Chair, handed over the gavel to H.E. Mr. Peter Tan, Ambassador of Singapore who will be the next ACT Chair during July-December 2021. The term of ACT Chairmanship is 6 months and rotated among the ASEAN Embassies in Japan.
