Ambassador gave a lecture on Thailand-Japan cooperation in the post-COVID-19 via a webinar organized by the ASEAN-Japan Centre

On 15 July 2021, H.E. Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand, gave a lecture titled “Thailand: Build Back Better & Wiser in the Post-COVID-19 era” for “ASEAN Ambassador Lecture Series” organized by the ASEAN-Japan Centre (AJC) through online platform. The webinar was livestreamed from the Royal Thai Embassy where Mr. FUJITA Masataka, Secretary-General of the AJC, was also present to deliver his opening remarks. During the lecture, H.E. Ambassador Singtong provided latest information on investment, trade and tourism in Thailand with a focus on Thailand-Japan cooperation in the post-COVID-19. H.E. Ambassador Singtong reiterated that the bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries would grow from strength to strength into the future, despite challenges posted by the pandemic. The webinar was attended by more than 250 audience.
