Ambassador Singtong Lapisatepun welcomed 2021 Batch of the Royal Thai Government Scholarship Students

On 8 October 2021, H.E. Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, together with Ms. Chutima Hanpachern - Deputy Secretary General of the Office of the Civil Service Commission, Ms.Saisarn Nagatsuka - Minister Counsellor (Education) and Ms. Pattamawadee Aueareechit - Counsellor (Consul) welcomed 15 Thai Government Scholarship students, who arrived in Japan in 2021, during the orientation via Zoom online.

Ambassador congratulated all the students, who was granted the Royal Thai Government scholarships from the Civil Service Commission, the Science and Technology Scholarship Program, and the Department of Primary Industries and Mines. Ambassador also expressed good wishes for them in pursuing their Master and Doctoral degrees in Japan. In addition, Ambassador also shared and exchanged views on academic and living experiences in Japan as well as provided the students with guidance on how to take care of their health during the COVID-19 pandemic.
