Minister visited the 4th International Medical & Elderly Care Expo

On 15 October 2021, representatives from the Royal Thai Embassy in Tokyo, led by Mrs. Prangtip Kanchanahattakij, Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission, together with Ms. Sadudee Kittisuwan, Minister-Counsellor (Labour Affairs), and Ms. Ketsuda Mongkolchart, Counsellor (Labour Affairs),attended the 4th International Medical & Elderly Care Expo (Medical Japan Tokyo). The event was held during 13 – 15 October 2021 at Makuhari Messe and organised by RX Japan Co., Ltd. in collaboration with the Japan Hospital Association and the Japan Care Association.

More than 500 booths from around the world exhibited at the said Expo their modern products and state-of-the-art technologies for medical services and elderly care equipments. A Thai company namely NA Bangkok Recruitment Co., Ltd. also joined this event. Its booth featured Thailand’s medical tourism, elderly care education as well as nursing homes in Thailand. They also provided information on joint investment in nursing home in Thailand. The company’s participation in this internationally renowned Expo indeed helped promote Thailand as a medical hub in the region.
