CEO of Banpu Japan paid a courtesy call on the Ambassador

On 17 November 2021 Mr. IDO Mitsuo, CEO of Banpu Japan, and the management team paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, to introduce himself after his assumption of duty in October this year. Both sides exchanged views on various issues including Banpu Japan’s investment in solar power projects across the country. The said project is in accordance with Thailand's BCG economy model and Japan's renewable energy policy, which aim to reduce greenhouse gas emission and promote sustainable economic development.
