Ambassador of Thailand paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. SUGA Yoshihide, former Prime Minister of Japan

On 14 December 2021, H.E. Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, paid a courtesy call on Mr. SUGA Yoshihide, Member of the House of Representatives and former Prime Minister of Japan. Both sides exchanged views on the bilateral cooperation between Thailand and Japan including the relations between Thailand and Kanagawa Prefecture as well as between Thailand and Akita Prefecture. Both sides also exchanged information on the COVID-19 situation in Japan and Thailand. Ambassador Singtong also took the opportunity to congratulate Mr. SUGA on the success of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and Paralympics.
