President of Ikemitsu Enterprise pays a courtesy call on the ambassador

On 27 April 2022, Mr. KISHIDA Yasuhiro, President of Ikemitsu Enterprise Co., Ltd., paid a courtesy call on Ambassador Singtong Lapisatepan. Ikemitsu is an importer of several Thai beverages, such as Chang Beer and Mekhong Whiskey, to Japan.
The Royal Thai Embassy and Ikemitsu Enterprise have joined hands to continuously promote Thai culture and Thai products in Japan. Ikemitsu has participated in the “Thai Festival” every year, including this year which will be held online throughout the month of May 2022. Before the outbreak of COVID-19, the "Thai Night" had jointly been organised annually at the Embassy.
