Ambassador hosted a welcoming dinner for the Thai artist – Mr. Prachaya Ruangroj (Singto)

On 28 April 2022, H.E. Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, and his spouse, hosted a welcoming dinner for Mr. Prachaya Ruangroj (Singto), a Thai artist who is famous from “Sotus the Series” – a Thai series broadcasting in Japan. The dinner was also to express the Embassy’s appreciation to Mr. Hironobu OSUGA, CEO of KONNECT Co., Ltd., who invited Mr. Prachaya to Japan to meet his Japanese fans.

Mr. Prachaya took this opportunity to invite Japanese fans to watch the Thai Festival in Japan 2022 which will be held online under the theme of “T-Pop” throughout May 2022. During the Thai Festival, the “Thai Food in Your Area” and “Thai Products in Your Areas” campaigns will also be held and offer plenty of special deals and time-limit goods and services. Mr. Prachaya gained his popularity in Japan from the Thai series “Sotus the Series”.
