Ambassador attended the opening ceremony of FOOMA JAPAN 2022

On 7 June 2022, H.E. Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, attended the opening ceremony of the 45th FOOMA JAPAN 2022 (International Food Machinery and Technology Exhibition) held at Tokyo Big Sight. The event, held for the first time in two years since the spread of the covid-19, was the largest ever with approximately 800 booths.

After the opening ceremony, the Ambassador visited the booths of companies investing and doing business in Thailand. For example, food manufacturing machinery/equipment (Iwai Kikai Kogyo and Rheon Automatic Machinery), drying equipment (OKAWARA MFG.), filling and packaging machine (Shikoku Kakoki), various of food manufacturing equipment (HEISHIN and KANTO KONGOKI INDUSTRIAL), Rice milling and food industry general machinery (SATAKE CORPORATION), food/meat processing machines (HITEC and Hanaki Engineering), and confectionery machinery (MASDAC MACHINERY).
