Ambassador held a discussion with Chairman and President of MinebeaMitsumi

 On 15September 2022, H.E. Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, hosted a luncheon in honour of Mr. KAINUMA Yoshihisa, Chairman and President of MinebeaMitsumi Inc., and the company’s other executives as a gesture of friendship between Thailand and MinebeaMitsumi Inc., which has substantial investment in Thailand.

 The Ambassador expressed appreciation for the company’s confidence in Thailand and the recent expansion of investment amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, while reiterating the Royal Thai Government' assurance promoting Japanese investment in Thailand. KAINUMA, in return, expressed appreciation for the Thai government’s continued support especially during crises. He also mentioned about the company's investment plan in the renewable energy sectoring Thailand which is in line with the Royal Thai Government’s Bio-Circular-Green (BCG) Economy Model.
