On 14 November 2022, H.E. Mr. Singtong LAPISATEPUN, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, hosted a luncheon in honor of Mr. Danuphop KAMOL, Vice President, Muzik Move Co.,Ltd., “Ink” Waruntorn PAONIL, a Thai artist well known both in Thailand and Japan, and other delegates from Muzik Move and Boxx Music for their kind cooperation rendered to the Embassy’s activities and for their contribution in promoting T-pop or Thai pop music in Japan.

“Ink” Waruntorn visted Japan to attend a fan meeting event held on 14 November 2022 at Tower Record Shibuya to promote her Japanese album “Bloom EP”, and to perform her live concert at WWW Shibuya in Tokyo on 15 November 2022. “Three 1989”, a Japanese band, as well as “Pod Moderndog”, a Thai famous singer, also performed in this same concert.

The Embassy would like to take this opportunity to express sincere appreciation to “Ink” Waruntorn for having taken parts in Thai Festival events both in 2018 at the Yoyogi park, and earlier this year at the online Thai Festival in Japan; as well as her contribution in the promotion of Thai cultures among Japanese people.
