On 27 October 2022, Mr. Romdej Phisalaphong, Minister Counsellor, participated in the 36th Japanese Speech Presentation organised by ASEAN-Japan Center (AJC) and Japan Overseas Enterprises Association (JOEA). The program aims to provide opportunities for international youth to play an active role as a bridge to promote friendly relations between their countries and Japan.

This year, eight youth speech winners from ASEAN countries were invited to Japan, including two Thai winners from 2021 and 2022, Ms. Kanokporn Wiratipan graduated from Mahasarakham University in Maha Sarakham province and Ms. Nicha Samphaiboon who is currently studying at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok. Minister-Counsellor congratulated both winners and discussed their experience in visiting Japan.
