Ambassador held discussion with executives of Toyota Motor Corporation

On 1 December 2022,Mr. NAGATA Jun, Chief Communication Officer, Toyota Motor Corporation, and his delegation paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. SingtongLapisatepun, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, at the Royal Thai Embassy toinform about the60th Anniversary Ceremony of Toyota Motor Thailand, scheduled to be held on 14 December 2022 in Bangkok, Thailand.

Mr. NAGATA expressed gratitude towards the Thai government for its ongoing support of the company's business. Both sides also discussed about mutual cooperations that has promoted economic advancement of the two countries for several decades while exchanging views on a new direction of cooperation to strengthen Thailand's electric vehicle industry as Japan’s main production base in the region.
