The Ambassador presided over the Thai Night 2023

On 11 May 2023, the Royal Thai Embassy, together with Yamamori Inc., an instant Thai curry manufacturing company, and Kitoku Shinryo Co., Ltd., a Thai rice importer, held the Thai Night 2023 at the Royal Thai Embassy. This event aims to promote Thai foods, notably Thai curry and Thai Jasmine rice, which are popular among Japanese people, as well as Thai culture.

H.E. Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, has delivered a remark to welcome the guests attending the event, including over 200 representatives from the Japanese business sector. In addition, Mr. Makoto Hirayama, President of Kitoku Shinryo Co., Ltd. and Mr. Noritada Mitsubayashi, Chairman of Yamamori Inc. gave speeches expressing their admiration for Thailand and its cuisine. As part of the event, a variety of Thai dishes and beverages were prepared, along with demonstration of Muay Thai and Thai traditional dance performances.
