Ambassador has a meeting with the private sector, Miyagi Prefecture

On June 9, 2023, H.E. Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, and his spouse together with the delegation from the Royal Thai Embassy had a meeting with First Launch Corporation and Olpaso Corporation at the Sendai Chamber of Commerce and Industry during his visit to Sendai at the invitation of the Sendai-Thai Economic Friendship Association. Both are the Sendai companies who are interested in orcurrently conducting businesses in Thailand.
First Launch Corporation is an IT joint venture mainly focusing on e-sport and related business such as running store selling equipment for e-sport. It has also organised an
e-sport competition in Bangkok with AIS and will hold another competition at the end of 2023. The company also develops VTuber business of which popularity is increasing.
Olpaso corporation provides an IT solutions for medical service, such as introducing automation to blood collection tubes labeling process. At present, the company sells this automated labeling machines to many hospitals in Thailand.
