The Embassy attended the 25th General Assembly of the Saitama-Thailand Friendship Association

On 10 July 2023, Mr. Romdej Phisalaphong, Minister-Counselor, representing the Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, attended the 25th General Assembly of the Saitama-Thailand Friendship Association held at Kawagoe Prince Hotel, Saitama Prefecture.

During this event, Mr. Romdej gave a presentation on the "Latest Information on Thai Economy and Expectations for Japanese Companies." He also expressed appreciation to the Saitama-Thailand Friendship Association and Thai Club in Saitama for strengthening relations between Thailand and Saitama Prefecture.
In response, Mr. HARA Toshinari, President of the Saitama-Thailand Friendship Association, reaffirmed the Association’s intention to enhance the cordial ties between Japan and Thailand through grassroots diplomacy, which has been done since its establishment in 1999.
