Ambassador Welcomed Participants of the 4th Batch of Top Executive Program for Creative & Amazing Thai Services

On 4 September 2023, H.E. Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, welcomed the 4th Batch of Top Executive Program for Creative & Amazing Thai Services (ToPCATS), the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, at the Royal Thai Embassy’s Hall.

On this occasion, the Ambassador gave a speech on the overall picture of Thailand-Japan relations and Japan's “Cool Japan” policy, which promotes the use of innovation and creativity to add value to products and services. The policy, in turn, helps promote the popularity of Japanese culture throughout the world. The event then followed by a talk by Mr. KAWADA Tadahiro, President of Kawada Technology, on “Japan Society 5.0: How Technology and Robotics play a role in the Society?” and a lecture on Thailand-Japan economic relations by Mr. Romdej Phisalaphong, Minister Counsellor.
