Thai Agricultural Youths paid a courtesy call on the Chargé d'affaires, a.i.

On 20 February 2024, Mr. Sakon Wanasethi, Acting Director of the Office of Agricultural Affairs in Tokyo, accompanied an Operational Staff of the International Cooperation Department, Japan Agricultural Exchange Council (JAEC) and 16 participants from the 41^st Thai Youth Agricultural Leaders Program to pay a courtesy call on Ms. Prangtip Kanchanahattakij, Chargé d'affaires, a.i., at the Royal Thai Embassy upon their completion of 1-year training with Japanese farmers before returning to Thailand.

The trainees presented their one-year experiences such as agricultural product processing, agricultural technology, and the Japanese agricultural planning techniques.  They are determined to utilize the Japanese techniques in the development of the community agriculture in their hometowns.
