Ambassador held discussion with Chairman of the Board of Directors of the EXIM Bank

On 7 March 2024, H.E. Ambassador Witchu Vejjajiva, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, welcomed Dr. Pasu Loharachu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Bank), along with the Board of Directors, during their visit to Japan to strengthen collaboration with Japanese partners, including Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). Ambassador and the EXIM Bank Board of Directors exchanged views on enhancing cooperation with the Japanese side in various issues of the global trends such as management of End-of-Life Vehicles (ELVs), advancement of green economy, promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and the utilization of Japanese funds to facilitate Thailand's transition to a carbon-neutral society.
