Ambassador fosters ties with Dusit International

On 11 March 2024, Mr. YAMASHITA Makoto, Kyoto Area General Manager, Dusit International paid a courtesy call on Ambassador Witchu Vejjajiva at the Royal Thai Embassy and introduced Dusit International’s businesses in Japan, namely ASAI Kyoto Shijo and Dusit Thani Kyoto. Both sides discussed the prospect of hotel businesses in Japan, including enhanced networking among Thai hoteliers, and the trends of tourism in Kansai region. The Ambassador reaffirmed the Embassy’s readiness to support Thai businesses, including the Dusit International, in order to promote greater popularity and appreciation of internationally high standard of Thai services and products among the Japanese and other customers.
