Ambassador welcomed CEO of Thai Airways

On 25 April 2024, Mr. Chai Eamsiri, CEO of Thai Airways International PLC., and his executive team, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Witchu Vejjajiva, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan. Both sides exchanged views on the possibility to increase number of flights between Thailand and Japan, especially to Tokyo and Osaka. This is to serve both Thai and ASEAN tourists who enjoy services of Thai Airways’ direct flights. They also discussed ways to promote Bangkok as the aviation hub and to enhance two-way tourism by co-organizing activities with local Japanese partners.
