Commissioner of Horticultural EXPO 2027 paid a courtesy call on Ambassador

On 27 June 2024, Mr. Kazuhiko KOSHIKAWA, Commissioner of Horticultural EXPO 2027, paid a courtesy on H.E. Mr. Witchu Vejjajiva, the Ambassador of Thailand to Japan. Mrs. Boondharika Krajangwongs, Minister Counsellor, also presented. Both sides discussed the preparation for the GREEN x EXPO 2027 (International Horticultural Expo 2027), scheduled to take place from 19 March to 26 September 2027 in Yokohama. The Japanese government has invited Thailand to participate in the exhibition.

The GREEN EXPO will be organized under the theme of "Scenery of the Future for Happiness." The event's highlights will address such issues as climate change, carbon dioxide reduction, sustainability, and nature-based solutions, in addition to showcasing various horticultural and floral displays.
