Director-General for Manufacturing Industries Bureau, METI paid a courtesy call on Ambassador

On 22 October 2024, Mr. IBUKI Hideaki, Director-General for Manufacturing Industries Bureau, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Witchu Vejjajiva, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan to introduce himself. Both sides exchanged views on expanding Thai-Japanese industrial cooperation. The Ambassador reiterated Thailand’s commitment to remaining in Japan’s supply chain and emphasized the country’s readiness to support future-oriented industries aimed at advancing towards a carbon-neutral society.
