A business matching between Thai sending organizations and the Ministry of Labour Overseas Matching (MOL Overseas Matching) toboost opportunities for Thai labour market in Japan.

     On December 19, 2024, H.E. Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, Minister of Labour of Thailand, Mr. Boonsong Thapchaiyut, Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Labour and executives from the Ministry of Labour, along with Mrs. Prangtip Kanchanahattakij, Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission of the Royal Thai Embassy in Tokyo, attended the opening ceremony of the meeting and discussions between Thai sending organizations and the Ministry of Labour Overseas Matching, or MOL Overseas Matching. This Oversea Labour Matching event is organized by the Office of Labour Affairs in Japan with support from the Royal Thai Embassy in Tokyo. More than 120 representatives from the Immigration Bureau of Japan; the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan; the Organization for Technical Intern Training; and related companies also participated in the ceremony.

     The said eventaims to promote opportunities for Thai sending organizations and Japanese supervising organizations to meet and explore opportunity, which may lead to an increase in the employment of Thai workers in Japan.
