Ambassador pays a courtesy call on Member of the House of Representatives from Okayama Prefecture and Chairperson of the Japan-Thailand Parliamentarians Friendship League

On 30 January 2025, H.E. Mr. Witchu Vejjajiva, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. AISAWA Ichiro, Member of the House of Representatives from Okayama Prefecture (LDP 13 terms) and Chairperson of the Japan-Thailand Parliamentarians Friendship League, to express his gratitude for H.E. Mr. AISAWA Ichiro’s active cooperation with the Embassy in various activities over the past year. On this occasion, Ambassador Witchu and Mr. AISAWA discussed ways to enhance collaborative activities between the Embassy and the Parliamentarians Friendship League, strengthen the cooperation the overall relationship between Thailand and Japan, and deepen Thailand - Okayama Prefecture cooperation through both center-to-local and local-to-local channels. Both sides reaffirmed the shared determination to further promote their mutual benefits through closer collaboration in every area.
