Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission welcomes Deputy Permanent Secretary for Education and his delegation

On 14 January 2025, Ms. Prangtip Kanchanahattakij, Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission of the Royal Thai Embassy, Tokyo welcomed Mr. Phichet Phophakdee, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Education of Thailand and his delegation as well as representatives from Sasakawa Peace Foundation and Nogezaka-Glocal Organization.
On this occasion both sides exchanged views on cooperation between the Ministry of Education of Thailand with the two Japanese partners in executing the “Project on Education Support for Migrant Children through Mutual Learning between Thailand and Japan,” access to education of the migrant children in Thailand as well as the roles of Sasakawa Peace Foundation and Nogezaka-Glocal Organization in promoting capacity building for teachers and tackling with teachers’ shortage in Thailand.
