Ambassador meets with Dr. David M. Malitz, Senior Research Fellow, German Institute for Japanese Studies, Tokyo

On 16 January 2025, H.E. Mr. Witchu Vejjajiva, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, met with Dr. David M. Malitz, Senior Research Fellow, German Institute for Japanese Studies (DIJ), Tokyo at the Royal Thai Embassy. They exchanged views on the diplomatic history of Thailand and Japan. Ambassador Witchu also shared with Dr. Malitz the Embassy’s potential projects in preparation for the 140th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations between Thailand and Japan in 2027.
