Assistant Managing Director of The Coral Lounge Thailand pays a courtesy call on the Ambassador

On 25 February 2025, Ms. Kesinee Janpa, Assistant Managing Director of The Executive Lounge (Thailand) Co., Ltd., operating company of “The Coral Lounge” at major airports across Thailand, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Witchu Vejjajiva, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan. The aim of this visit was to introduce the company and inform of the opening of the Coral Lounge at Terminal 1 of Chubu Centrair International Airport in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, which would be the company’s first-ever overseas business operation.

The Ambassador congratulated the company on its international expansion and expressed readiness to render the Embassy’s support for its business operation in Japan, which is a reflection of the growing presence of Thai companies in Japan and of the global competitiveness of Thailand’s service industry. Both sides also exchanged views on the opportunities and challenges in managing and operating independent lounge services, as well as various kinds of support provided by the Japanese authorities to Thai companies.

The Coral Lounge at Chubu Centrair International Airport will be opened on 1 April 2025. The interior design of the lounge will feature a harmonious blend of Thai and Japanese elements, with a selection of signature Thai dishes and services to be provided for customers’ best comfort.
