Seminar to enhance the capability of the Thai volunteer network in Japan

     On 2 March 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy, in collaboration with the Thai Volunteer Network in Japan, organized a series of seminars in order to enhance the capabilities of the Thai volunteer network in Japan, namely "Tax and Pension System in Japan: The Basics" and "Keep an Eye on the Nankai Trough Earthquake and Volcanic Eruptions" at the Embassy's hall. Ms. Sirimon Atipatya, Minister Counsellor, delivered opening remarks to inaugurate the event, which was attended by 45 Thai volunteers from different various regions of Japan.

     This seminar aims to enhance the knowledge of Thai volunteers in Japan, who have significantly contributed to the work of the Embassy. Furthermore, the seminar also served as an opportunity for volunteers from various groups to strengthen their network, which, in turn, would help unite and strengthen the Thai community in Japan.
