Ambassador of Thailand to Japan welcomes Ambassador of Pakistan to Japan

On 24 July 2025 H.E. Mr. Witchu Vejjajjiva, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, welcomed H.E. Mr. Abdul Hameed, Ambassador of Pakistan to Japan, at the Royal Thai Embassy. On this occasion, Ambassador Witchu congratulated Ambassador Hameed on his assumption of duty. Both sides expressed appreciation for the cooperative and dynamic relations between Thailand and Pakistan, both at the bilateral level and within multilateral frameworks. The Ambassadors agreed on the importance of enhancing connectivity and cooperation between ASEAN and South Asia in addressing current international political and economic challenges. In addition, they also exchanged views on bilateral issues of priority that each country has had with Japan.
