Ambassador hosted a dinner in honour of Chairman of Yamamori Inc. upon the conferment of the Decoration from the Government of Japan

On 30 July 2025, H.E. Mr. Witchu Vejjajiva, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, hosted a dinner at the Ambassador’s Residence to congratulate Mr. Noritada Mitsubayashi, President of Yamamori Inc., on being conferred the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon from the Government of Japan, in recognition of his significant contribution to promoting the Japanese food processing industry as well as his initiatives in academic-industrial cooperation and community development in Mie Prefecture. 

The Ambassador expressed his appreciation to Mr. Mitsubayashi for his continued efforts to promote Thai cuisine in Japan and his investment in Thailand, including processed food and condiments production Thailand. Yamamori Inc. has been operating in Thailand since 2004 and currently has two plants in Thailand.
