Ambassador attended the opening ceremony of the Espacio Nagoya Castle

On 1 October 2025, H.E. Mr. Witchu Vejjajiva, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan,and spouse attended the opening ceremony of the Espacio Nagoya Castle in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, owned by Mr. MIWA Yoshihiro, Honorary Consul-General of the Kingdom of Thailand in Nagoya and Chairman of Kowa Co., Ltd., The event was attended by senior executives from both the Japanese public and private sectors, as well as foreign Consul - Generals in Nagoya.

The Ambassador’s participation in the ceremony reaffirms the close and longstanding ties with the Honorary Consul-General in Nagoya, who plays a significant role in supporting the mission of the Royal Thai Embassy and Team Thailand in Japan, as well as the Thai public and private sector agencies. This occasion also provided an opportunity for the Ambassador and his spouse to expand their network and enhance relations with key figures of Japan from the government agencies, private sector and companies, and civil society organizations who attended the event.
