A Volunteer Activity on the Occasion of the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great, National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand and Thailand’s Father’s Day

On 3 December 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy organised the “Kiji Shrine Clean-up” community service activity as homage on the occasion of the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great, the National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand and Thailand’s Father’s Day, 5 December 2025.

H.E. Mr. Witchu Vejjajiva, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, led a group of volunteers comprising officials and staff of the Royal Thai Embassy, Team Thailand and their spouses in collecting fallen leaves and cleaning the windows and gutters of the subsidiary shrines around the Kiji Shrine. The activity drew the attention of passers-by, who expressed their appreciation for helping to beautify the shrine in preparation for the New Year festival.
