Ambassador welcomes the Ambassador of Rwanda to Thailand, with residence in Tokyo

On 11 December 2025 H.E. Mr. Witchu Vejjajjiva, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, welcomed H.E. Ms. MUKASINE Marie Claire, Ambassador of Rwanda to Thailand, with residence in Tokyo, for an introductory call at the Royal Thai Embassy.
On this occasion, both sides discussed on ways to further strengthen bilateral cooperation in areas of mutual interest, particularly technical cooperation for sustainable development. Ambassadors MUKASINE also provided an overview on Rwanda - Japan cooperation, including development of infrastructure (roads, water supply), energy, smart agriculture and space technology capacity-building project in collaboration with JICA.
