2014.03.04 Ambassador presided at Foodex Japan 2014

On 4 March 2014, Ambassador Thanatip Upatising presided at Foodex Japan 2014, the country’s annual international food and beverage exhibition. The event was held during 4-7 March 2014 at Makuhari Messe.  Ambassadors from countries that joined the exhibition also presented.

After the opening ceremony, Ambassador and his spouse visited Thailand’s food and beverage booth, where many Thai enterprises represented under the management of Department of International Trade Promotion, Ministry of Commerce of Thailand.  Mrs. Nuntawan Sakuntanaga, Director-General of the department, also accompanied.

In this occasion, Ambassador and the Director-General also presided at Thai booth’s opening ceremony, organized by the National Food Institute, Ministry of Industry of Thailand.
