On 21 April 2014, Ambassador Thanatip Upatising hosted a dinner in honour of Mr. Toshitake Kuwahara, Mayor of Shibuya Ward, and Mr. Hideki Ito, Chief of Protocol, Tokyo Metropolitan Government, to express appreciation for their continued support and cooperation to the annual Thai Festival including this year’s festival to be held during 17 - 18 May at the Yoyogi Park, Shibuya Ward.
