2014.04.24 Thai Curry Night in Tokyo

On 25 May 2013, the Royal Thai Embassy, together with Yamamori Inc., a Thai curry producer, and Kitoku Shinryo Co., Ltd., Thai rice importer, held the Thai Curry Night in Tokyo at the Royal Thai Residence.  Ambassador Thanatip Upatsing and chairpersons of the two companies welcomed the guests and introduced “Thai Delicious”, the mark established by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Thailand to prove Thai cuisine taste standard.  In this occasion, Ikemitsu Enterprise Co., Ltd., sponsored Thai beers and other beverages.

Besides Thai cuisine, especially Thai curries, and beverages, “Khon”, Thai traditional performance, Muay Thai, Thai musical performance and Thai massage, were presented to more than 300 guests.  The guests included ambassadors in Japan, Thailand-related or food products-related businesspeople, and media workers.
